Return Policy for Hair Bundles
Thank you for shopping with NHS Studios. We want you to love your hair bundles. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
Eligibility
- Returns are available for unopened, unused hair bundles in their original packaging with all factory seals intact and included components (wefts, clips, bindings, etc.).
- Hair bundles that have been installed, cut, dyed, chemically treated, worn, or altered are not eligible for return.
- A proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
Timeframe
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return approval (RMA).
Non-returnable items
- Custom or personalized orders (e.g., length/texture/color combinations made to specification)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Any hair that has been opened, worn, dyed, or chemically altered

- Condition of the item(s)
- Reason for return (e.g., not as described, quality issue, color mismatch)
- Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange
- Photos if the item is defective
- You’ll receive return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
