Thank you for shopping with NHS Studios. Some items may be designated as Final Sale. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Final Sale designation

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Final Clearance are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
  • All Final Sale purchases are final.

Defects or shipping errors (exception to Final Sale)

  • If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must include: order number, a brief description, and clear photos showing the issue.
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.
  • In eligible cases, we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

How to claim a defect or incorrect item

    • Order number
    • Photos of the defect or incorrect item
    • Brief description of the issue
    • Your preference: refund or replacement
  2. You’ll receive return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided.
  4. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Refunds and processing (defect/incorrect items)

  • For defective or incorrect items, refunds or replacements will be issued after inspection.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Return shipping costs

  • For defective or incorrect items: we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For final-sale items that are not defective or incorrect: no return shipping is offered; these items are not eligible for returns.

International orders

  • International orders follow the same defect/incorrect item exception.
  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective/non-incorrect returns.
  • Duties, taxes, and cross-border processing times may affect refund timelines.

Important notes

  • Final Sale applies only to items specifically labeled Final Sale. Non-Final Sale items are subject to our standard return policy.
  • Color, texture, and shade can vary slightly between batches; this policy does not guarantee color matching for Final Sale items.
