Final Sale designation
- Items marked as Final Sale or Final Clearance are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
- All Final Sale purchases are final.
Defects or shipping errors (exception to Final Sale)
- If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- You must include: order number, a brief description, and clear photos showing the issue.
- We will replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.
- In eligible cases, we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

- Your preference: refund or replacement
- You’ll receive return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
Refunds and processing (defect/incorrect items)
- For defective or incorrect items, refunds or replacements will be issued after inspection.
- Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Return shipping costs
- For defective or incorrect items: we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For final-sale items that are not defective or incorrect: no return shipping is offered; these items are not eligible for returns.
International orders
- International orders follow the same defect/incorrect item exception.
- Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective/non-incorrect returns.
- Duties, taxes, and cross-border processing times may affect refund timelines.
Important notes
- Final Sale applies only to items specifically labeled Final Sale. Non-Final Sale items are subject to our standard return policy.
- Color, texture, and shade can vary slightly between batches; this policy does not guarantee color matching for Final Sale items.
